Maybe s/he does like you and is scared of showing interest, but if you have already shown interest, and you STILL don’t see anything, then just turn the page and keep living life. The person who likes you should want to speak to you, they should want to see you, and if they like you but arent wanting any of that, wow your going to have one great relationship, goodluck.
